The Pensacola State College Faculty Association is your chapter of the United Faculty of Florida (UFF). PSCFA exists to represent all full-time faculty at Pensacola State in matters of wages, working conditions, and terms and conditions of employment. PSCFA and UFF are affiliated with the Florida Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers, and the National Education Association.
