From noon Friday, April 15, to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, a ratification vote will be held on the 2021-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Pensacola State College Faculty Association and the PSC Administration Board of Trustees.

The proposed CBA and a summary of changes will be available this week for your review at www.mypscfa.org. Additionally, an open forum will be held via Zoom this Friday, April 15, from 9:30 to 10:30 to discuss the proposed changes and to answer any questions that faculty may have. HOW TO VOTE

PSCFA and UFF have applied for a variance to the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) allowing for an electronic ratification vote. As such, the vote will take place online. You will receive an email from Helios Voting Administrator with instructions for voting on April 15th. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and if you are having difficulty, please contact mypscfa@gmail.com. This will be constantly monitored over the weekend. Votes must be cast by 4:00 p.m. on April 19, 2022. All votes are completely confidential.

TALLYING OF THE VOTES

Votes will be tallied electronically. The final tally will be announced via email at the conclusion of the vote.
